What is your role in the Ripple Companies?
I’m a senior accountant for JBA, ITS, Ripple Space, JBA Properties, REP, and RINW.
I also serve on the Community Engagement Committee.
What does a typical day look like for you?
I am responsible for the daily accounting operations. No two days look the same. The essentials would include monitoring cash flow, analyzing and tracking all dollars coming in and going out, paying vendors, preparing budget, payroll, and other financial reporting responsibilities.
What aspect of your work makes you happiest?
The varied work keeps me engaged. Every day brings something new and different and that surprise is motivating to me. I like learning new things, and it’s a chance to make an impact. Most of all, I get to work with great people and great leaders who inspire me to be better.
When are you at your best?
I am at my best when I am challenged while simultaneously encouraged to find creative ways to solve problems.

I am a marketing communications intern focused on external branding at the Ripple Companies.
What does a typical day look like for you?
It varies from day to day. I do marketing-related research and presentations. I also enjoy working with Alejandra on some projects. I regularly attend meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
What aspect of your work makes you happiest?
Being able to contribute what I’ve learned and share those discoveries with the team.
When are you at your best?
I am at my best when I have had a good night’s rest, people to connect with, and meaningful projects.

Store Manager, Inventory & Marketing at The Difference
What does a typical day look like for you?
They all look a little different, but they all start at the computer checking my email and posting on The Difference social media! Most of my work is “behind-the-scenes”, creating our merchandise in our computer system, designing social media components and newsletters, store logistics plus a whole lot of communication!
What aspect of your work makes you happiest?
I love being a part of a company that has such a positive impact in people’s lives, helping women feel beautiful and confident!
When are you at your best?
I’m at my best when I can have a supremely efficient day, checking all my tasks off my list!
